I am happy shopper! 😀. I just left a review about my pharmacy experiences, now I d like to share my feelings about the store, the products. The checkouts , self checkouts and managers. What can I say but WOW. Ioved out here 2 years ago. I live 3 minutes away by car(would love to walk but have back injuries, in which staff is always keeping an eye out for me so I don't fall over 😆). Anyway, my mom always goes to meirs and Walmart for her food, flowers pharmacy needs. Of course I cannot drive so that's where I went. At the time I was able to walk to Jewel. What a beautiful store. Spacious, clean organized , stocked , someone always around if I need help. They know me and my famous daughter lol she's in love with her fresh pass. I'm working my way to mine. The sales when you clip the coupons or the u-deals rock. Much more savings and freebies, who doesn't love that,?, than the competitors. If I use the check out I'm almost always served by 2 employees, the registrar and the bagger for great efficiency for me and the customers in line. And all super polite and fun to chat a sec with. The self checkout, boy did the managers and customer service folks get to know me fast. I seemed to always do something wrong, when on the flip side, they know we'll my daughter, Gina, who's a checkout pro and a member of the fresh pass. I love how they all work together. Even if a customer feels like there's a crisis in checking out, like I used to. Help with a giggle and friendly smile 😊 fix it and let you know "no worries". Also I love how they put up big beautiful signs marking birthdays, anniversaries, have bears day and other fun things for the employees to do that make shopping actual fun. I'm very proud of this store and the store manager Dana Smith as well as all the managers and assistants they work pleasantly hard. Please acknowledge them in some way and like my pharmacy review please forward this and the other review to corporate. I get and your store and hard workers

I come here for mainly the Boars Head Deli meat. They have a great selection of deli items and the bakery is on point.

Gretchen S from in the bakery department is always kind, pleasant, and friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers even if she is busy performing other tasks at the bakery. Whenever I see her, she greets me with a happy, genuine smile and offers assistance when needed. Her customer service level is greatly appreciated!

Long story short, when checking out I had the nicest and most considerate experience with JACOB S! He got me a cart (they were out when I came in by the pharmacy entrance) made me aware I could get an extra item for buy 2 get 3 free, not 2 free, pointed out where it call to figure out my FOR U questions, looked me in the eyes and over all professional and just nice!! Karen was extremely attentive explaining the buy 1 get 1 free check out procedures. As well as staying with me at the kiosk to ensure whether or not the product was an unlimited sale. This location is very stocked.

This is one of my favorite Jewel-Osco's to shop at. 99.9% of the time, everything on my list is in stock. And if not, they're VERY COMMUNICATIVE and quick to let you know! Store is always clean,shelves faced and the team members are always smiling and helpful! What makes this location stand out and above are the "youngsters " they've hired. Some of THE BEST "kids" I've had the pleasure of having encountered. They're on the ball, they hustle and work hard, very polite and never act as if a customer is a "burden " to them. They've ALWAYS been happy to walk with you to show you where something is located. I'd broken my spine and so shopping was a bit more than unpleasant for me...that is until a young man(I'm so sorry, but I didn't get his name😔) happened to notice my lil struggles with shopping. He quietly stopped the assignment he was working on,came up and said "ma'am, would it be okay if I assist you with your shopping? Would it be easier for you?" It brought tears to my eyes, his being aware of surroundings,seeing someone struggling and simply stepped up and offered assistance without being asked or "told" to. Thank you, to each and every one of the "young pack", for being such quality teenagers/20-somethings:you TRULY stand above the rest!!!!
